Do you accept cash or debit?

We do not accept cash or debit for pre-authorization but renters can pay for their rentals by credit, debit or cash.


Is tax included?

Taxes and fuel charge are in addition to the rental fee.


What is the age restriction?

Operators of rented vessels including jet skis must be 19 years of age and have photo I.D.


Do you need a boat licence?

Operators without a boater’s licence must complete a “Rental Boat Safety Checklist” form prior to launching and must keep a signed copy with them while on the water.


Can I bring food onto the boat?

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted on the boats.


When should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your rental to fill out paperwork, get fitted for life jackets and undergo orientation with the staff


Is there a late fee?

Unless pre-arranged with Marina staff, renters NOT returning on time will be subject to an additional charge of $100 per half hour late. Please be courteous as another party may be waiting.


Is there a waiver form?

Renters must sign our Orientation Waiver prior to launching. Dock staff will provide these along with navigation tips.


Can we dock or beach our boat or Sea Doo?

You can never dock or beach your rental at any time.


What happens if a rental is damaged?

We take a pre-authorization of $1,000 for each Sea Doo, $1,500 for each Campion and pontoon and $100 for non-motorized rentals that go out. In the event of damage the marina will keep the pre-authorization and the client is responsible for paying for anything over and above the pre-authorization in terms of cost of damages.


What happens if a rental is left uncleaned?

There is a $50 cleaning fee if a rental is left with food/beverages. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on our rentals (coolers will be checked).


What happens if we show up late or no show?

It will cost 50% of the rental price.
